Shipping

We only ship in the USA and are not able to ship to PO Boxes. Please note that order quantities may be limited per the discretion of Summer™.

Orders are processed and shipped as follows:
  • Orders placed before 12pm EST will be processed on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed on the next business day.
  • Orders placed on (or after 12pm EST the day prior to) a weekend or holiday will be processed on the next business day. Please note, that we do not deliver overnight shipments on the weekends.

Please note that there may be a delay in processing and shipping during popular events. We will process your order as quickly as possible.

For most SummerInfant.com orders, you can request a new delivery location or time, hold your package at a FedEx location, sign for your package in advance, provide specific delivery instructions or request a vacation hold. To begin managing your orders, click here to sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager.

Ground Shipping: $5.99 Flat Rate. Your package will be in transit for 7-10 business days after it ships.

2 Day Shipping: $15.99 Flat Rate. 2 Day shipping is a speedier way to get your order. Your package will be in transit for 2 business days after it ships.

Overnight Shipping: $25.99 Flat Rate. Overnight shipping is the fastest way to get your order. Your package will be in transit for 1 business day after it ships.

Shipping to Canada?

If you would like to purchase a product and have it shipped to Canada, we are happy to sell to you direct by phone. Please call our Consumer Relations team at 1-800-268-6237.

Shipping to Hawaii?

FedEx standard overnight is not available to Hawaii. The available options are Priority Overnight or 2-Day for an additional cost. We are happy to sell to you direct by phone. Please call our Consumer Relations team at 401-671-6551.

Returns

We offer a 30 day return policy for all items ordered on SummerInfant.com. Consumers are responsible for the return shipping back to Summer™. All returns are refunded back to the original card used for purchase.
