Shipping

We only ship in the USA and are not able to ship to PO Boxes. Please note that order quantities may be limited per the discretion of Summer™.

FedEx Ground shipping -  Delivery within 7-10 business days
 
FedEx 2nd Day – Order must be placed prior to 12PM EST and will deliver within 2 business days. If placed after 12PM EST the order
will be processed the next business day
 
FedEx Overnight  – Order must be placed prior to 12PM EST and will deliver next business day. If placed after 12PM EST the order
will be processed the next business day
 
Please note, we do not deliver on weekends or holidays and that there may be a delay in processing and shipping during popular events. We will process your order as quickly as possible.


For most SummerInfant.com orders, you can request a new delivery location or time, hold your package at a FedEx location, sign for your package in advance, provide specific delivery instructions or request a vacation hold. Shipping to Canada?

If you would like to purchase a product and have it shipped to Canada, we are happy to sell to you direct by phone. Please call our Consumer Relations team at 1-800-268-6237.

Shipping to Hawaii?

FedEx standard overnight is not available to Hawaii. The available options are Priority Overnight or 2-Day for an additional cost. We are happy to sell to you direct by phone. Please call our Consumer Relations team at 401-671-6551.

Returns

We offer a 30 day return policy for all items ordered on SummerInfant.com. Consumers are responsible for the return shipping back to Summer™. All returns are refunded back to the original card used for purchase.
