RETURN POLICY/INFORMATION
Before returning one of our products to the store, please contact our Customer Care department by calling us at 1-800-268-6237 or via email at customerservice@summerinfant.com . We stand behind all of our products and are here to resolve any issues you may have. Customer Care can provide helpful instructions, guidance, and more, so please let us know first if you need any assistance.

Anything purchased from our online Summer Store or via our Customer Care department can be returned within 30 days. Should you need to return something, please give us a call at 800-268-6237 for instructions on how to do so.

SUMMER INFANT, INC. WEB ORDER RETURN POLICY

All internet orders placed for products sold on www.summerinfant.com carry a 30 day return policy.  Products must be in their original package and accompanied by two return order forms downloaded below; the Warehouse Identification Form which is to be placed on the outside of the box and the Credit Form for the inside of the box.  A refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise for the purchase price only; postage is the responsibility of the consumer.  If you have any questions or would like the forms mailed to you, please contact our customer service department at 800-268-6237.  Please note this warranty policy is for purchases made on www.summerinfant.com only and does not affect purchases made through the Buy Now links of the site.  If you make a purchase through a Buy Now button, please contact that specific retailer for their return policy.

Summer Infant, Inc. Monitor Warranty Policy

Summer Infant, Inc. will repair or replace (at our option) your unit free of charge for 12 months from the date of purchase if the unit is defective in workmanship or materials. To claim your repair/replacement, the product must be returned to Summer Infant along with a copy of the original purchase receipt. In the absence of the purchase receipt, the warranty will be 12 months from the date of manufacture.

This warranty does not apply to normal wear or damage from misuse, abuse, improper storage and handling, installation, accident, unauthorized repair or alteration.
