Web Orders Return Policy
All internet orders placed for products sold on www.summerinfant.com carry a 30 day return policy. Products must be in their original package and accompanied by two return order forms available for download in the Warranties section of the site (under the top Support tab); the Warehouse Identification Form which is to be placed on the outside of the box and the Credit Form for the inside of the box. A refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise for the purchase price. If you have any questions or would like the forms mailed to you, please contact our customer service department at 800-268-6237. Please note this warranty policy is for purchases made on www.summerinfant.com only and does not affect purchases made through the Buy Now links of the site. If you make a purchase through a Buy Now button, please contact that specific retailer for their return policy.

Shipping and handling costs are already included in the price for your convenience. Please note an additional shipping charge may apply for areas outside the Continental U.S. Also, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes so please provide a street address when ordering.
