How do I change the email address on my Peek account?

You can only change your email address on the Internet viewable website. You will need the serial number and activation code from the back of your gateway. To begin, visit internetviewable.summerinfant.com and enter your username and password to log-in to your live viewing screen.
  1. Click on the Settings icon to change your email address
  2. Click “Change Email Address”
  3. Enter your serial number and activation code located on the back of your gateway and then click “next”
  4. Enter your new email address. Re-enter email in the space below then click “Submit”
  5. Click “Exit” to return to live viewing
  6. A confirmation email will be sent to your new email address. Please click the link listed in the email to activate.

How do I change my password on my Peek account?

You can only change your password on the Internet viewable website. You will need the serial number and activation code from the back of your gateway. To begin, visit internetviewable.summerinfant.com and enter your username and password to log-in to your live viewing screen.
  1. Click on the Settings icon to change your password
  2. Click “Change Password”
  3. Enter your serial number and activation code located on the back of your gateway and then click “next”
  4. Enter your new password. Re-enter new password in the space below then click “Submit”
  5. Your password had been changed
  6. Click “Exit” to return to live viewing

How do I change my child’s name?

To begin go to internetviewable.summerinfant.com and enter your username and password to log-in to your live viewing screen.
  1. Click the “Settings Icon” to access and select the “change child’s name button.
  2. Enter new child’s name. Re-enter child’s name in the space below then click “Submit.”
  3. Your child’s name has been changed. Click “Exit” to return to live viewing screen.

How do I deactivate my account?

To begin go to internetviewable.summerinfant.com and enter your username and password to log-in to your live viewing screen.
  1. Click the “Settings Icon”
  2. Select the “Deactivate System” button
  3. Enter your serial number and activation code located on the back of the gateway you would like to deactivate
  4. The next screen will confirm “your system has been deactivated”
  5. Click “Exit” to return to the live viewing screen
