The Account Manager
acts as key contact for assigned consumer accounts and manages the analysis of data and sales trends. Partners with account planning and traffic groups and is responsible for forecasting, routing, invoicing, electronic data interchange and the creation of pick tickets by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities

Communicates with appropriate warehouse contacts concerning customer shipments.
Manages the creation of pick tickets, account forecasting, electronic data interchange, routing and forecasting.
Maintains customer satisfaction cards.
Analyzes account information, historical data, sales trends and patterns.
Summarizes multiple pieces of information into one format for easy reviewing.
Works with internal planner/buyer on sales forecast to ensure product availability.
Meets weekly with supervisor.
Meets monthly with accounts to review their status.
Performs other duties as required.

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
