What is the different between the 02090 and the 02100a?
The only difference is the size of the screen. The 02090 has a 1.8 inch screen while the 02100a has a 2.5 inch screen.
When I unplug my handheld monitor, the picture goes blank or all fuzzy and the system does not work. Does it need to be replaced?
If your handheld is working fine when plugged in, but malfunctioning when it is unplugged, it is simply a battery issue. The battery lasts 12-18 months. You would need battery model 02100a-10 (19.99 charge, unless under warranty).
