I’ve had my monitor for over a year, but I purchased an extended warranty at the store from which I purchased the product from. What can you do for me?
We have a one year manufacturer’s warranty on the product. Any extended warranty had to have been a direct purchase made form the retail store. Thus, you would need to contact them to rectify the issue.
If the handheld can hook up to my television, can it be hooked up to my computer?
The monitor cannot be hooked up to a computer unless you have a computer with a/v outputs. There is no USB cable or anything of that nature that would allow the monitor to hook up to the computer and/or internet.
Is there any type of warranty on my monitor?
We do have a one year warranty on the product providing you have proof of purchase. If you do not have proof of purchase, we can go by the manufacturer’s date code, which can be found on the product itself. If your monitor falls under our one year warranty, we can replace it for you free of charge. If not, we still offer a special discounted replacement program available.
I turned on my monitor the other day, and saw someone else's baby on the screen. Is the monitor defective? What are my options at this point?
Since the monitor runs on public airwaves, if there is another monitor on the same frequency within the same range, this is something that can happen unfortunately. Since this is not a defect in the product, but a result of environmental interference, I would suggest returning it to the store for a refund. If returning it to the store is not possible, we have two options if your monitor is, in fact, under the one year warranty. We can send you out a prepaid shipping label to get your product back from you, and then swap it out for other items of equal value. Or, if you are willing to pay the difference, we can offer an upgrade to a different monitor on a higher frequency (model 02280; $50.00 if consumer has 02090 and $40.00 if consumer has 02100a). Keep in mind, these options are only available if we determine your product is under warranty.
My foot rest/kickstand broke on the back of my monitor. Is this replaceable?
We do have the foot rest/kickstand separately. We would need to know whether yours has two plastic prongs that hold it in place or whether it has a metal pin that holds it in place.
