How do I pair or resynch my video monitor to the camera?
The monitor and camera are synched at the factory for privacy reasons. If the monitor and camera(s) are not synching with each other for any reason, please sync them as described below:
- Step 1: Make sure the monitor and all cameras are powered on (if you already have multiple cameras).
- Step 2: Identify the camera that needs to be synched.
- Step 3: Move the monitor to the same area as the camera to be synched.
- Step 4: Make sure the Monitor is in full view mode (Cam #) and then press "Scroll ►" button to a "No Signal" open channel.
- Step 5: Press the "Menu" button (top button on right below the video screen) once to call up the "Sync" icon. Press "Power" button once and "Confirm" will appear. Press "Power" button once again to show synching icon and then press the "Code" button once. The "Code" button is located on the back of the camera to be synched.
- Step 6: Within a few seconds you should see a picture from the camera on the monitor.
- Step 7: If this is unsuccessful, you should repeat steps above making sure the camera and Monitor are close enough to each other.
How many cameras can I add to my Sleek&Secure video monitor?
Both the
Sleek&Secure Handheld Color Video Monitor (28270) and the
Sleek&Secure Handheld Color Video Monitor Set (28290) accept up to 4 cameras total and extra cameras can be
purchased online. You have the option to view in split screen mode with all four cameras showing on screen at once or use the auto-scan feature that will scan each connected camera in 8 second intervals.
My video monitor is saying "No Signal / No Camera / Out of Range" and there is no picture?
