Do you have the plug for the camera available?
Yes, we do have the adapter that you need available. You would need model 02010a-05 (19.99 charge if system is outside of warranty).
My monitor has no picture, only sound. Is there a problem?
It seems like there is an internal problem with the monitor and/or camera, which means your system would need to be replaced. If the screen is completely blank, there is not much you can do troubleshooting wise to solve the problem. If the adapter is plugged in securely and the monitor and camera are on the same channel, there should be a picture. If not, you system may be defective.
Is there any type of warranty on my monitor?
We do have a one year warranty on the product providing you have proof of purchase. If you do not have proof of purchase, we can go by the manufacturer’s date code, which can be found on the product itself. If your monitor falls under our one year warranty, we can replace it for you free of charge. If not, we still offer a special discounted replacement program available.
I've had my monitor for over a year, but I purchased an extended warranty at the store from which I purchased the product from. What can you do for me?
We have a one year manufacturer’s warranty on the product. Any extended warranty had to have been a direct purchase made form the retail store. Thus, you would need to contact them to rectify the issue.
Can I purchase an extra monitor to go along with my system?
We do not sell the monitor separately.
