Can I purchase another monitor to go along with my system?

We do not sell the monitor separately. 
 



 
My monitor has no picture, only sound. Is there a problem?
It seems like there is an internal problem with the monitor and/or camera, which means your system, would need to be replaced.  If the screen is completely blank, there is not much you can do troubleshooting wise to solve the problem.  If the adapter is plugged in securely and the monitor and camera are on the same channel, there should be a picture.  If not, you system may be defective. 

 
This monitor has 3 channels, does this mean I can purchase 2 more cameras and monitor 3 rooms?
If you have clarity on all three channels, then you can attempt to purchase two more cameras and have one monitor and 3 cameras.  You would then manually toggle back and forth between the two cameras.  However, there is always a risk of interference, and the two camera setup is not guaranteed.  We have a 30-day return policy for that reason.  You can order the camera on our website, summerinfant.com, or by calling the customer care number.

Is there any type of warranty on my monitor?
We do have a one year warranty on the product providing you have proof of purchase.  If you do not have proof of purchase, we can go by the manufacturer’s date code, which can be found on the product itself.  If your monitor falls under our one year warranty, we can replace it for you free of charge.  If not, we still offer a special discounted replacement program available.
